We are legal recruitment specialists offering a high quality, personal and ethical service to candidates and clients. We recruit lawyers for private practice and commerce and industry across Southern England. Most of our work is for regional private practice. Alford & Bishop was created to provide a recruitment service driven by the long-term needs of candidates and clients alike. Because we provide a personal service, we have deliberately stayed small. Our assignments span the recruitment of solicitors, legal executives, locums, practice managers, cashiers and in-house legal advisers. We recruit for a broad range of legal disciplines including, corporate, corporate finance, company and commercial commercial property and real estate, blue and white collar crime, civil and commercial litigation, employment, family, housing, IT, IP, insurance, personal injury, professional indemnity, professional negligence, planning, residential conveyancing, residential development, private client, taxation, trusts, wills and probate and wealth management.
