PRIVATE COMMISSIONS Working with clients across central London, we specialize in the renovation of period properties, introducing a luxurious yet understated aesthetic that complements its architectural context whilst incorporating all the best elements of contemporary living. Our service is flexible and can range in scope from a basic interior design consultation to the full project management of a complex refurbishment. DEVELOPERS & AGENTS We work collaboratively with London’s prime property developers and their agents at all stages of the development and marketing process. From design & specification through to creating a show apartment, we use our industry experience to help motivate sales and maximise profits. We offer an entirely bespoke service that speaks to the specific demands and requirements of each project as well as it’s geographical context and target demographics. LANDLORDS Recent years have seen a surge in prime and super prime residential rentals and these tenants are constantly demanding the best luxury experience; a simple ‘furniture pack’ will not do here.
