Business model Our business model consists of 4 main parts as an “Alians” Company. “Research”, “Project”, “Construction” and “Sales”. Our designed business model is built on the wishes of the people. Your wishes are taken into consideration in each phase of our business model. “Research” phase As this phase is beginning, it has great influence on the following phases. Here, the location, price, form of apartment of which people want to buy is studied and determined. Then this determined plan is used in phases such as “Project”, “Construction” and “Sales”. “Project” phase According to the plan specified in the initial phase, the location of the project and its plan is selected. Then order is made and it is prepared for the phase of “Construction”. “Construction” phase The construction of building is commenced after obtaining the plan of the project. It is always controlled in order to ensure the high-quality of construction and necessary works are implemented for the completion at desired time. Our sales phase just starts from this phase. “Sales” phase First of all, our customer service is organized. Information is provided to customers both in visual and absentia form. The next phase is the organization of sales.
