Despite the wide range of legal services available in Italy and elsewhere, companies or entrepreneurs are still limited for choice. In fact, at present, companies have to choose between the traditional small law firm – often not suitable to their needs due to the latter’s limited resources – and the large international law firm, obliged to charge excessive hourly fees, and the hiring of an in-house counsel, a full-time employee who may represent a costly item in the balance sheet. Legal Grounds’ goal is to capture the best from each of the traditional legal assistance models. As a result, we tried to eliminate the difficulties and problems that our clients reported to have found in relation to the other various models and following the continuous evolution of the “how to do business” model. Our business proposition is based on the traditional approach that is, the direct relationship with our clients and high standards of work, but is innovative regarding the means. We address our clients’ the questions and issues with the greatest dedication and care providing the technical/knowledge based aspects, whilst also trying to offer new solutions and offering flexible, “user-friendly” legal services. We are rapid, technology-savvy, and ready to study the solution that will better resolve the concrete case, also in terms of costs. We tend to replace the old hourly rates with “fixed fee” agreements tailored to our clients’ needs and depending on the nature of the legal assistance required. We are also available to discuss “legal services packages" and our fees may be partially compensated according to the success and results achieved.
