Our goal is to be the best Massotherapy Clinic in Northeast Ohio by making a difference in the life of every client we treat through Relaxation, Therapeutic and Medical Massage. To be the best we must employ the best therapists. To attract and retain the best therapists we must provide the best training, compensation and caring culture. If you would like to earn, on average, the same as a registered nurse, and if you would like to be an employee, not a contractor—then this is the place for you. Are you right out of school? A seasoned professional? We offer opportunities for growth no matter your experience and provide you with all the supplies and tools necessary for you to succeed. Alicia, the founder and guiding spirit of our practice, has 24 years of experience as an LMT and has developed specialized and unique techniques. She will personally train you in her method so that you will be able to provide the highest standard of care to our clientele. She will also coach you in proper body mechanics to allow you to work smarter, not harder, giving new life and length to your career. We drive 30-50 new clients per month on average with 60% from referrals. Because of our location and standard of service, our therapists often receive generous gratuities.
