As an Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coach, I help clients embrace self-awareness and a personal growth mind-set to create a life of optimal health and wellbeing, no matter where they find themselves on life’s journey. We work together to actively align values and beliefs with behaviors, creating positive movement and energy. Through my soft, experienced and supportive approach, I provide a safe environment for clients to untangle complex issues that contribute to feelings of dis-ease in mind, body or spirit. My clients rediscover their own capacity to flourish as we work together, and when they find their way back to their truth, their relief is palpable. I coach adults (college age and up) at my office in Minneapolis and over secure video-conferencing. I am particularly interested in transition and change management, complex parenting, loss and grief, self-care, emotional agility, and compassionate communication.
