Aliwa Funds management (formally Altor Alpha Funds Management) is a micro-cap Australian equities fund manager based out of Brisbane Australia. Aliwa was born out of a split of the Altor Alpha fund from Altor Capital in 2024 following a management buy-out of the fund. The flagship fund, the Aliwa Alpha fund, is a sector agnostic, micro-cap fund which focuses on <$200m market cap listed equities on the ASX and has returned ~27% p.a since its inception in 2019. The fund also maintains a c. 20% exposure to private and pre-IPO opportunities.
