About Alix Rufas International

Alix is a coach, speaker, and entrepreneur who founded her company in 2018 after leaving a job in the startup world. She has worked for several universities in different European countries, the United Nations, and the startup industry. Alix also traveled around the world for 2 years (2018-2020) as a digital nomad when she left her job in the startup world and launched her coaching company. She is a Master Business Coach certified in various disciplines, including Mindset Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Neural Energetic Wiring, Neural Energetic Encoding, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and Hypnosis. To date, she has individually coached over 1000 leaders based in nearly every continent in the world. She has organized 20+ retreats in southern Europe for her client base. She has given 50+ talks and workshops. She has created dozens of online courses and programs, including her Business School, which annually welcomes a multitude of English and French-speaking women looking to develop conscious and aligned businesses and income. Alix also serves as a mentor and speaker for several organizations. Today, Alix is writing three books, expanding her team of 12 people, and training coaches who oversee the development of her Business School.
