About Alkyma

I am a Professional Coach, Trainer, Mentor and Consultant. For more than 20 years I have been working in various roles in project management, consultancy and business intelligence sectors in leading multinational companies. Since 2012 I am passionate about management consulting, personal and professional development and since 2017 I am active as a freelance Professional Business and Life Coach, Trainer and Consultant. We co-create with our clients an empowering mindset, we support them in establishing a good communication and negotiation base for finding succesful win-win solutions. We teach and train several coaching, communication and negotiation methodologies. All that you need is the attitude, the curiosity and the determination to try new mental schemas, learning from the own errors. OUR UNIQUENESS Our uniqueness lies in combining different methodologies derived from traditional business management, acquired in our 20+ years business activity, with methodologies coming from professional coaching, developed as a passion. We know the difficulties and challenges in business and in projects with a high complexity and in international context; we speak both the language of the manager as well as the language of the specialist or technician; depending on the situation we act in the role of Coach, Consultant, Trainer, Manager.
