We help clients live independently in the comfort of their own homes, with support designed around their needs and wellbeing, our involvement ensuring the family can be confident that their loved ones are safe. This can include assistance with daily activities such as personal care, medication, meals and domestic tasks, as well as companionship and accompanying clients to appointments or on trips. We help our clients keep active, physically and mentally, and socially engaged. We also specialise in supporting people living with more complex needs, such as with dementia, with neurological conditions or towards the end of their lives. Care can be to ease a return home from hospital or to provide a family carer with a break for an hour or two. Clients are supported by small teams of familiar, carefully selected carers so they can get to know each other as individuals. Carers visit at times agreed to suit you, and for at least one hour, so no one is rushed and there is time for those little extras that make all the difference. Carers receive dementia care training designed by the Alzheimer’s Society and social care qualifications through our training partner Hospice in the Weald. We strongly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy later life while living independently at home.
