About All Our Business

AOB is a niche, legal and business consultancy, operating in the world of entertainment, media, brands, fashion, sport and related areas. We offer a suite of services, including legal and commercial representation, business management and brokering. With an ever-growing global network and over forty years of collective senior executive, legal and business experience in the entertainment industry, the founding directors present a rare offering, supported by talented consultants across various areas of specialisation. At our core is extensive commercial and rights expertise, complemented by practical experience, which covers the full range of agreements relating to talent and entertainment. These include recording, production, distribution, publishing, agency, management, “live” performance, licensing, merchandising, sponsorship, brands, mobile and online agreements. What sets us apart is our tailored, personalised approach to service-provision and our ability to proactively broker projects on our own initiative. Indeed, AOB is also used as a vehicle for the development of the directors’ own media-related ventures, productions and events – such as establishing the World Freerun Championships and licensing (as co-principals) the “Just A Minute” format to the BBC for a television series.
