About All People Thriving

Founded in 2018, All People Thriving is an independent research, education, consulting and advocacy platform dedicated to breaking the cycle of oppression by empowering all people to reach their own unique highest and fullest potential. We provide trauma-informed, empowerment-based education and training, hands-on consulting services, and human-centered tools, technologies and policy and system recommendations. We believe promoting individual empowerment, institutional integrity, and human centered policies, laws and systems leads to a world where all people are truly thriving! Our mission is to empower all people in the United States of America to break the cycle of oppression and fully thrive by: Utilizing the Integrity Model and Human/Person-First Lens to conduct research and analysis; Empowering people to know themselves and one another with trauma-informed, empowerment-based education, training and resources; Promoting institutional integrity by offering consulting and client services for businesses, groups, nonprofits and government agencies based on organization best practices from a variety of industries and fields; and Developing, promoting and advocating for human centered policies, systems, tools and technologies.
