In the main All Steels Trading Ltd operates as a virtual steel stockholder with imported material being held at strategically positioned docks for delivery within 48 hours from the time of order receipt. Most of the logistics in terms of steel movement from vessel discharge, goods inspection, warehousing, stock management to customer deliveries is outsourced to PD Ports - Groveport Logistics, Scunthorpe. who typically handle well in excess of 250,000 tonnes of steel per annum. All Steels Trading Ltd was incorporated in April 2006 although the Directors in the business jointly share over 70 years of experience in the steel industry. From a standing start the business has grown at a breath-taking pace and our customer base now stretches out to many of Europe’s leading steel distributors. The business enjoys very close working relationships with mills throughout the world and these supply partners have been carefully selected in order to provide All Steels Trading with an additional ability to supply products of a less standardised nature. Our steel is only sourced from those mills that have the appropriate accreditation and certification standards. All Steels Trading was first awarded accredited BSI ISO 9001:2008 certification in February 2009 but this quality related award has since been superseded by our company’s successful transition and certified attainment of BSI ISO 9001:2015. Within All Steels Trading we have first-hand knowledge of steel manufacturing and re-rolling and it is this expertise that has enabled us to quickly develop high volume niche market products with our chosen mill partners.
