About All Timberlines

All Timberlines produce bespoke wooden and plywood crates from our manufacturing facility in Aberdeen which allows us to provide a reliable quality service to all industry sectors nationwide. All Timberlines is an ISO accredited supplier. All of our Wooden and Plywood crates are manufactured to our customers requirements and conform to BS 1133 Section 8. Timber is produced from Douglas Fir/Spruce purchased from local sawmills and has come from legally felled home grown timber, which comes from renewable sources. Plywood sheet materials used will be 18mm certified external structural grade plywood. We are also certified by the Forestry Commission as part of the UK Wood Marking Material programme, whereby we mark goods manufactured by All Timberlines with a unique stencil and issue certification that the goods meet prescribed Phytosanitary Standards (ISPM 15) allowing ease of export. The use of kiln dried material prevents unsightly blue stain, and reduces air freight costs due to the material being lighter. All Timberlines can provide a complete range of services including, pallets, barrier foil bags, container shoring and labour. We can design and manufacture specialist flight cases with bespoke foam engineering inserts. A true one stop shop for all your wooden packaging needs.
