It’s designed specifically for manual workers who don't have access to company phones or computers.Our goal is for every employee to feel a strong sense of inclusion and unity within the company, regardless of their department or role.✔️ The way we think about our work directly affects its nature and quality. Based on this, we rely on research that confirms that the mental attitude towards work is crucial for its effectiveness and the satisfaction derived from it.☄️ AllAbout became a vital tool for Volkswagen Poznań during the pandemic. Within just a few weeks, almost 7,000 out of our total 10,000 employees downloaded the app. It quickly became an essential tool, allowing effective communication and supporting the company’s operations even during quarantine. As employees returned to work, the app smoothly integrated into their daily routines. We are currently working on implementing the app across other companies.🌎
