About ALLAGI - Organisation Design

Allagi is a boutique consultancy specialising in strategic organisation design and change. Over the course of almost 20 years we have been tasked with helping clients to figure out solutions to all kinds of organisational challenges, from strategy to structure. We have developed our own organisation design methodology that has worked time and again to deliver what our clients need, by meeting them where they are. Sometimes the need is for an assessment of what is there today and how fit-for-purpose it is. Other times the whole structure needs a redesign - for example, when two organisations have merged and the need is to integrate, bringing the best of each to bear. The beauty of our approach is that it is comprehensive, detailed and proven, and also flexible enough to adapt to specific organisational need. Throughout our design process we hold one thing in particular very close: adoption. We know that people who do not understand and believe in a change will simply choose not to adopt it. We work with our clients in a collaborative style that enables co-creation of the right solution for their business, and we bring our experience and expertise in change management, psychology and coaching into play to create a change strategy that runs right alongside our design process.
