About Allegheny County Law Library
Since 1999, Duquesne University managed the ACLL. The university concluded its management contract on June 30, 2023. Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh (CLP) has partnered with Allegheny County to assume responsibility for the management and operations of the Allegheny County Law Library (ACLL), effective July 3, 2023. This collaboration between CLP and Allegheny County will provide a smooth transition of operations with continued access to resources and services. ACLL has a membership program designed to offer additional specialized services to the public and the legal profession.
