About Allen Neighborhood Preservation and Development
The Allen Neighborhood Preservation and Development Corp. (Allen NP&D) was created to meet the affordable housing needs of the Southeast Queens, NY community in a holistic and comprehensive fashion. The areas of focus encompasses: Hollis, Jamaica, Jamaica Center, North Springfield Gardens, Rochdale, South Jamaica, and St. Albans. We are concerned with providing services that encompasses the spectrum of needs that face members of our community. The Allen NP&D’s outreach focuses beyond housing needs. We also acknowledge the bio-psycho-social needs faced by our community each day. The mission of Allen NP&D is to focus on the preservation, revitalization and restoration of the historically under served communities in Southeast Queens. Through workshops; consulting services; and networking we provide resources that focus on the holistic needs of the community.
