Allergy Support Hub (ASH) is the first service of its kind in Australia, providing dedicated psychological and family support for individuals and families living with allergies. We specialise in allergy anxiety and are passionate about empowering people with the tools, confidence, and connection they need to thrive. Support Streams in WA. 1. Family Support Program Designed to support parents and caregivers, especially in the early stages of their food allergy journey. Services include: Brave Bubs – Free counselling for WA parents of children under 5 Hub Appointments – One-on-one coaching for practical allergy support ASH Bub’s Playgroup – A non-food playgroup for families Coffee Morning Support Group – Peer connection and community support 2. ASH Allergy Brave (6–18 years) A short-term psychological intervention tailored for children and teens with allergies. This program builds emotional resilience, supports anxiety management, and helps young people feel more confident navigating their allergy journey. Interstate Support We also offer Hub appointments to interstate families, fee for service counselling Australia-wide via telehealth, as well as peer support for health professionals. Together, we’re creating a safer, stronger, and more supported world for those living with allergies.
