About Alliance College-Ready Public Schools Alliance College-Ready Public Schools has set the pace in public education over the last 20 years. One of the largest and most successful public charter school networks in the country, Alliance schools defy the odds, closing the opportunity gap for more than 12,000 scholars who attend our 26 middle and high schools in Los Angeles’ most underserved communities. Despite arriving at our schools three grade levels behind on average, nearly every Alliance senior graduates, with 97% accepted to college and 84% admitted to a four-year college or university.
