About Alliance for Clean Energy New York
ACE NY is committed to the promotion of clean, renewable electricity technologies and energy efficiency in New York State in order to increase energy diversity and security, boost economic development, improve public health and reduce air pollution. The Alliance for Clean Energy New York (ACE NY), a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit membership organization, is a unique and powerful blend of clean energy industry and environmental interests working together for the betterment of the Empire State. We combine a traditional nonprofit model with that of a trade association and service organization, allowing us to leverage a variety of resources to effectively execute our mission. Equally diverse, our services include public policy and market support, public education and outreach, and coalition building. Our coalition includes clean energy and energy efficiency companies, environmental and economic development organizations, academic institutions, consultants to the clean energy sector and other professional service firms. ACE NY promotes energy efficiency and all RPS-eligible technologies: • solar energy • wind power • fuel cells • hydro power • geothermal energy • transportation electrification
