Paul is supported by a team of like-minded consultants, including David Dubarry Hennessey who brings a range of skills from managing multimillion pound sales pipelines to spearheading major solar projects across the EMEA region, David excels in building partnerships, optimising processes, and delivering end-to-end solutions. Zoe Forbes is the champion of community engagement, Zoe's expertise in rallying public support and partnering with charities and councils is unmatched. As Co-Founder of Ecosphere Renewables, she launched the company from the ground up, mastering every aspect from securing the first clients to building the business. Traci Vine supports the operational aspects of the business, with a track record of driving profitability and delivering outstanding customer experiences, she has a background working with large corporate organisations such as Signet Group & David Lloyd and with the not-for-profit organisation, Royal British Legion Industries.
