Allied International UK Ltd (AIUK) is a major stockholder of steel pipeline products; mainly pipes, fittings, flanges and forged steel. We stock up to 48" Nominal Pipe Size (NPS) products in the UK in a full range of ANSI B36.10 wall thicknesses (WT) up to XXS and heavier. We also have a full machine shop facility in Grangemouth with: - Horizontal borers - Vertical borers - CNCs - Lathes - Drilling equipment - Shot-blasting facilities - Spectrometry analysis - Cutting facilities Buttweld fittings are stocked to ANSI B16.9 in: - ASTM A234 WPB - ASTM A420 WPL6 - ASTM A860 WPHY52/60/65 - ASTM A403 304L - ASTM A403 316L Flanges are stocked in all pressure ratings to ANSI B16.5 and ANSI B16.47 Series A & B in: - ASTM A105N - ASTM A350 LF2 Classes - ASTM A694 F52 - ASTM A694 F65 - ASTM A182 F304L - ASTM A182 F316L Pipes (seamless & welded) are stocked to ANSI B36.10 and API 5L in: - ASTM A106 Grade B - API 5L Grade B - ASTM A333 Grade 6 - API 5L Grade X42/X52/X65 - ASTM A312 304L - ASTM A312 316L Forged steel fittings are stocked to BS3799, ANSI B16.11 and MSS-SP-97 in: - ASTM A105N - ASTM A350 LF2 Group stocks in Italy & USA hold up to 72" NPS 2" WT. The Allied Group incorporates the following buttweld fittings and pipe manufacturing mills: - Tectubi Raccordi - Raccordi Forgiati - Gieminox (API Licenced) - Petrol Raccord - Interfit - Bassi - Simas - BSL Pipes & Fittings - Phoceenne - Mandelli For further information on Group capabilities and capacity please see http://www.allied-group.com/ Manufacturing capacities are currently 120" NPS 8" WT, across all grades of steel. All Allied Group mills are fully approved under NORSOK M650, QTRs available upon request. We also hold formal National Grid manufacturing approvals for transmission gas service buttweld fittings (B12) and flanges (F1). Kitemark licenses are also held, awarded by BSI, for the manufacture and supply of distribution gas service pipes (L2), fittings & flanges (F7).
