About Allstar Security Group
AllStar Security Group LLC (ASG) was formed in 2014 to provide a safe environment for events, schools, and places of worship. Allstar Security Group, LLC is licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety’s (DPS) Private Security Bureau (PSB). Our License number is #B20696. Our corporate office is in Midland, Texas but we also have a branch office in Weatherford, Texas. ASG provides a multitude of services throughout the state of Texas. From the beginning, we intensely promote integrity and professionalism within our company. When other companies only provide warm bodies, we pride ourselves on a superior quality of service. AllStar Security Group and our officers are in compliance with all licensing rules and regulations of the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) and the Texas Private Security Bureau (PSB). Each Level II Officer has received basic security training and instruction and has passed the required state exam. Each Level III Officer is required by the State of Texas to complete a week-long certification class. Officers must renew their licenses every two years by completing six hours of continuing education showing firearm proficiency with the firearm the officer uses while on duty. This includes handguns, shotguns, and AR-style firearms. They may also obtain certifications in Baton, Taser, Handcuffs, and Pepper Spray. As a security company, we perform extensive background checks on every officer through the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Texas Department of Public Safety, Private Security-Data Base, and the National Sex Offender Registry. All officers are drug/alcohol tested before employment and we conduct random drug/alcohol testing throughout the year. Each officer is trained for the individual needs of each client. Our officers complete Active Shooter and De-Escalation training. Ongoing training includes law updates and firearm proficiency with range time. We add in-house training as needed.
