allume architects is a growing firm that was founded by the Milwaukee Architect, Andrea Nemecek, whose roots in Wisconsin have helped create opportunities to share her talent and the firm’s vision throughout surrounding communities. The name allume is derived from the French word allumer, which translates: “to put the light on.” This word reflects the belief that natural light is essential to human health and well being. At allume, we strive to create environments that brighten and invigorate, inspire, and heighten the human experience.
