Allwright Bourke ( previously Hughes & Co. Lawyers & Conveyancing ) is a modern boutique law firm. We are about building relationships with our clients. Our team is comprised of local people who understand the rural needs of clients. We are a team and work collaboratively together on projects to ensure clients get the best outcomes. Our Directors Stephanie Hughes & Jessica Bourke both grew up in the Central West and have years of experience assisting rural clients with all their legal needs. We are a generalist law firm and practice in agribusiness law, family law, wills and estates, succession planning, residential, commercial and rural Conveyancing, water and property law, and criminal law. We also offer mediation services. Whilst we are a generalist firm, we only do what we are good at and have a good relationship with other firms and barristers and will refer clients to a more suitable service provider if we are unable to assist. We have offices in Dubbo, Forbes, Parkes, Newcastle, Maitland, Wyong, crowsnest and Sydney. We service clients all over NSW. As a modern law firm, we appreciate the need to balance a personalised service with the need to use technology. We use the best softwares such as Leap,Settify and Adieu to make access to legal services more client friendly and efficient. Clients can choose to attend our offices or alternatively we offer video and telephone consults , electronic intake and execution processes and can communicate electronically if clients prefer.
