About Alma Resort Cam Ranh
Situated on Vietnam’s emerging Cam Ranh peninsula, fronting Long Beach, Alma resort commands some 30 hectares of inspiring ground. Bold, spacious and emblematic of Vietnam’s maturation as a destination, the independently owned and operated luxury resort is breaking new ground and offers 580 oversized suites and pavilions that all afford sweeping vistas of the ocean, including contemporary three-bedroom oceanfront pavilions each totalling 224sqm. As a complement to Cam Ranh’s aquamarine waters and dramatic headlands, Alma's design sets a contemporary tone with a neutral palette of whites, earthy colours, and soft blues, accentuated with modern yet minimalist decor and abstract artwork. Alma features a broad spectrum of restaurants helmed by top chefs; a food court with an array of local and international cuisine; a classical bar; a pool bar; and a beach bar. Signature restaurants include the Alma Garden, which serves an extensive a la carte breakfast spread of Western and Asian favourites; the Atlantis, which specialises in fresh local seafood and features live seafood tanks; and La Casa, an Italian trattoria. Le Spa features 13 separate treatment villas sprinkled across the landscape, each named after a different Vietnamese flower, as well as ‘his and hers’ saunas and steam rooms. Other highlights include 12 swimming pools cascading down to the beach, a waterpark, a 70-seat cinema, a convention center, an amphitheater, a science museum, a gymnasium and yoga room, an 18-hole mini golf course, a youth centre with virtual reality games, a kid’s club, a watersports center, and even an ‘Alma Mart’ mini supermarket.
