Our business is structured into two main areas: 1️⃣ Investment for Sale (Flipping): This has been the driving force behind our growth. By reinvesting every euro generated and maintaining profitability from day one, we have completed over 350 transactions, accumulating €75M in total sales. 2️⃣ Investment for Rental (Prime Granular Residential - PGR): After perfecting our processes, consolidating our team, and developing the necessary proprietary technology, we took the next step in 2023. We partnered with the most sophisticated institutional capital to launch the first granular prime investment vehicle, carefully curated in city centers. The PGR is the urban version of the highly successful and established U.S. Single Family Rental (SFR) market, adapted to the specific characteristics of Europe. This model has evolved into ALMOND Core Centre, which will go public in January 2025 as a SOCIMI, with an initial valuation of over €70M. We are taking the living experience to the next level by upgrading an outdated rental housing stock and adapting it to the new needs of tenants. Design, sustainability, and energy efficiency are key pillars of this model. The granular market is vast, and its growth potential is exponential.
