No having to waste your time/money contacting us, to let us know - that a deed is missing! Deeds of Trust or Mortgages will have all pertinent pages the first time. Once again, no contacting us -looking for a signature page that was missing! All names that were run for Judgments/Liens/Bankruptcy/SDN report will be listed. No guessing what names, we did or did not run. Tax information will be complete and accurate, as of the time of the report. No missing tax information! Searches performed in Attorney States, NC, SC, WV and LA will include the Attorney Certification or Opinion of Title. Possible delays in turn time, and the reason for the delay will be communicated immediately, when notified. A little more time, and care in the search process will end up saving you time/expense for both you and your client.
