About Alongside Healing

At Alongside Healing, I strive to come alongside clients in their pain, as they work towards transformation. To honor the clients’ courage and honesty, I utilize a wide range of treatment approaches including, experiential therapy, cognitive behavior therapy and tools (CBT), and strengths-based model. I have experience working with women’s issues, adult adoptees, mental health problems, co-occurring disorders, trauma survivors, addiction, and relationship issues. Alongside Healing also offers Group Therapy because Group Therapy is a power unlike any other. The reason this is so is because, we all do life in groups. Think about it, we each live life in families, workplaces, classrooms, places of worship, circles of friends, and these are all examples of groups. Groups will begin in the fall of 2018.
