About Alpha Minds

We are a passionate mental health CIC and we are committed to supporting local mental health facilities through advocacy, fundraising, and direct action. Our mission is to promote mental well-being by combining the power of community, fitness, and conversation — creating a supportive space where mental health is openly discussed and actively supported. We’ve proudly taken part in numerous fundraising events including climbing Snowdon, participating in a Tough Mudder event and working with Mind to hold a charity event in honour of a dear friend. Our commitment to giving back extends beyond fundraising. We’ve worked closely with the Ablett Unit at Glan Clwyd Hospital to donate over 112kg of food to the Rhyl Food Bank, along with essential hygiene and arts & crafts supplies to support patients' well-being. We've also partnered with NWAS (the children’s mental health unit in Abergele), where we donated hygiene products and hosted a festive Christmas Funday to bring joy and support to the young patients. Looking ahead, our goal is to continue supporting local mental health facilities by organizing donation drives, fundraisers, community events, and coffee catch-ups in care homes — providing spaces for connection and care. To help fund our initiatives, we’ll be launching new events and selling branded merchandise. We believe small actions can create lasting impact, and we’d love your support as we continue to build a stronger, more compassionate community.
