About Alphameric Accounting
Founded in 1977 by the late Basil J. Kardaras, Alphameric Accounting has continued to be a family business with a commitment to providing the best service to our clients. While Basil is no longer with us, his son, Damien C. Kardaras continued his fathers' passion for accounting and taxation when he took over his fathers' practice in 2010. Often times, the transition from generation to generation results in clients leaving to find other firms to handle their business affairs because they doubt the next generations ability to perform what the previous generation performed. We take pride in the fact that not one of our clients left our firm after the transition from father to son and that all of Basil's clients continue to be our clients to date. We believe this is due to our family approach with our clients and our personal connection Basil built through years of hard work and through our efforts to continue to grow our relationship with our clients. What makes us unique among accounting firms is our commitment to our relationship with you. Unlike many accounting firms which rarely have any personal interaction with clients, we often meet with our clients to discuss changes in tax law, to discuss upcoming requirements, and to answer the many questions that arise from business owners bewildered by the amount of government correspondence they receive. Unlike almost all accounting firms, meetings with our clients to discuss accounting issues are provided at no additional cost. We believe our personal interactions with our clients build lasting relationships and are not just extra billable hours but rather seen as opportunities to really understand our clients and their changing needs and goals.
