About ALPIA

The American Lawyers Public Image Association (ALPIA) is the only association in the world whose sole purpose is to promote a positive public image of lawyers. Formed in 2000, we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. ALPIA was founded by attorney and marketing strategist Nader Anise, who currently serves as the association's Executive Director. Over the last 15+ years, ALPIA has made tremendous inroads in communicating our message to the public, the legal profession, and members of the media. We have received both national and local coverage from media outlets such as NBC, The Christian Science Monitor, The Palm Beach Post, Access Hollywood, The Orange County Register, The Sun-Sentinel and more. Annually, our most celebrated event is National "Love Your Lawyer Day," which falls on the first Friday of every November. In addition, to National "Love Your Lawyer Day," our efforts extend to community involvement, pro bono work, educating attorneys, lobbying the media and anti-lawyer groups, recognizing lawyers and judges for excellence, and generally creating awareness for our cause. Our three most urgent objectives are as follows: 1. Establish ALPIA chapters around the country 2. Communicate our message to the media and to bloggers 3.
