Alpine Property Management (APM) is a boutique management company, responsible for all aspects of your property. We handle everything from maintenance and repairs to vacation and long term rentals, but we really are so much more. Our strength originates from the notion that all business relationships are also personal. Every management client, rental guest, and long term resident will know us as individuals and every encounter is met with a personal approach. APM is on-call 24 hours a day/seven days a week. We understand the importance of being present; not only for our management clients, but also for our rental guests. We perform regular walk-throughs, inventory checks, and annual inspections to ensure that your property is sustained properly. We believe that being proactive is vital in property maintenance. Furthermore, the key to our success has always been communication - communication between owner and manager, but also between renter and manager. APM has a combined 20 years of property management experience in McCall, Idaho, and that kind of knowledge is fundamental in understanding our seasonal resort rental market. It also means that we are in good standing with all of Valley County’s sub-contractors, an advantage that only comes from working locally and reverentially with the local community. We are confident in our ability to remedy any concern that you or your renters may have. Kristin & Tom, the owners of APM, have lived and worked in McCall since 2006. After getting married and starting a family, they continued to work locally, volunteer in the community, and support neighborhood events. On any given day you can catch them enjoying all that McCall has to offer, whether it is drinking java at their favorite coffee shop, dining at neighborhood establishments, or just strolling through downtown McCall. This local allegience has all been driven by their love for the people of McCall - its residents and its visitors - and their love for local culture.
