Altair Foundation work since 2008. Foundation's activities: - Supporting socially vulnerable populations and enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. - Implementing advanced technology-driven initiatives to improve public health. - Enabling the utilization of advanced technologies for delivering social services. - Offering educational grants to exceptionally distinguished students. Our mission is providing 8 million people with disabilities with the tools they need to reclaim their social lives. In the first stage, we are focusing on amputees, who face four global challenges: Expensive prostheses: We will address this challenge through crowdfunding. Lack of choice: There is a limited selection of prostheses, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, spare parts, and clothing available to amputees. We will develop a marketplace where users can find everything they need, including exoskeletons and prostheses for pets. Lack of qualified professionals: There is a shortage of qualified prosthetists, orthotists, traumatologists, and neurosurgeons. We will create a global directory of these professionals. Employment: Individuals with disabilities face challenges finding employment. We will address this challenge through job market initiatives. In addition to these four solutions, Altair foundation is also proposing to construct a Central Asia prosthetic and rehabilitation center with R&D. This center will provide amputees with access to the latest prosthetic technology and rehabilitation services. It will also be a hub for research and development in the field of prosthetics.
