Altamonte Springs Yoga is an alignment based yoga studio in Central Florida offering Power Alignment Yoga, Hot Alignment Yoga, and Hatha Alignment Yoga classes, workshops and 270 & 615 Hour teacher trainings as well as meditation and intuition development classes. Our 3,500 sq ft studio is conveniently located NW of I-4 and SR 436 in the Ethan Allen Plaza. At Altamonte Springs Yoga our primary goal is to offer therapeutic yoga classes for all levels - beginner, intermediate, and advanced. All our yoga classes are therapeutically sequenced with particular emphasis on proper alignment to create full range of motion of the joints, firmness of the muscles, freedom of the breath, tranquility of the mind, and elevation of the spirit. Altamonte Springs Yoga, through special agreement with Power Alignment Yoga, is Florida's Premier Yoga Alliance registered 200 & 500 Hour Power, Hot and Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Facility.
