It has the dual ability to undertake projects either as general contractor or as Owner's Representative – Construction Manager. Altapex is member of la Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ), la Régie du bâtiment du Québec, APECQ, Qualite Habitation du Quebec and ACQ. Our engineers are members of the Order of Engineers of Quebec. Altapex provides global services from project inception to design-build turnkey project. Altapex has unique knowledge of project planning and development as well as working with architects, consulting engineers and others professionals. The multi-disciplined approach used by Altapex ensures the coordination and management of all professional resources involved in a project (architects, engineers, consultants, contractors) resulting in its optimized effectiveness. The use of efficient estimating and accounting programs permits Altapex team to produce cost reports throughout different project phases. Planning and scheduling program allows project managers to assess the flexibility to adapt to changes initiated during the course of the construction.
