We offer a wide range of Personal and group Training Program options that are designed, and scheduled, to accommodate the various busy and demanding lifestyles of our clients. We believe that it's ALL about you! Your goals, your needs, your ability, your results. We want you to succeed in your quest to be healthier and happier! If you like outdoor activities, dislike going to the gym, or simply need/want something new and different to rejuvenate your fitness routine, then we have the program for you! We offer a realistic program of exercise aimed at achieving individual physical fitness goals, cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, permanent control of excess body fat and personal appearance. Our outdoor fitness classes are perfect for those who want the benefits of almost having a personal trainer but at the shared cost of training in a group. Our "A Team" of Trainers is a cohesive group that brings their individual experiences and skill sets to each Training Session. Information is regularly shared between the Trainers to ensure that each is cognizant of the current situation (personal concerns, fitness goals, etc.) for each client. Past clients have expressed that they appreciate the fact that they have the opportunity to work with different Trainers, secure in the knowledge that every Trainer is aware of their individual needs and goals.
