ACR are mediators and peacemakers. We facilitate conversations and communication between parties to find amicable, future-based and mutually agreed solutions. Our company has 4 major divisions: 1. ACR mediation network - is a network of mediators that support each other in all our endeavors in order to offer better service to our clients and to offer mediation specialist debriefing services to assist them in dealing with the high conflict environment they often find themselves in. 2. ACR community is a nonprofit that offers mediation services to the children's courts of South Africa. Helping parents in conflict make better decisions and focus on the Best interest of the Children by facilitating proper parenting plans to alleviate conflict and disputes. 3. ACR family offers family services to couples in dispute through divorce mediation, parenting plans to unwed parents or even disputes between siblings, parents and children, etc. We also offer relationship coaching and communication education. 4. ACR academy offers practical post-qualification specialist workshops to mediators and other resolution specialists, we offer communication training and conflict management training to all industries in corporate environment. We have also recently started a program to educate teachers on the constitution, children's rights, parenting plans and conflict management in general. We are in the process of developing a training program in Dialogue Facilitation in the Transport and Taxi industry. Teaching individuals in their own environment to resolve issues peacefully and solution-focused.
