The core to the solution is the actual task worker software: FieldLogic. It provides an intuitive user interface that allows the user to complete his/her daily tasks efficiently and productively. Business process and rules are enforced so that a consistent service can be provided whilst keeping an eye on customer satisfaction. The base module can be enhanced with various other options where required. We also provide a secure hosting environment for easy management of the remote workforce. OfficeLogic allows you to create and schedule jobs most efficiently, routing them to the most appropriate person and you keeping track of when each job is completed, capturing signatures and any other information you need. There are optional modules for enhanced reporting functionalities and asset tracking. All device platforms can be supported including Windows, Android and iOS which explore the full capabilities across a wide range of device form factors. Functionality is being improved on an ongoing basis with specific detail on software ergonomics and evaluating the possibilities of Google Glass as well as various other wearable products.
