Altitude Hotel Group (AHG) - "A Fresh Approach To Hotel Management" We believe a company is only as good as its people, and its people are only as effective as their leaders allow them to be. In 2012, a group of passionate and dedicated hotel executives had a dream. These experienced hoteliers understood to create a successful hotel one needs a solid foundation of quality management, marketing, and staff support. When an enthusiastic and lean management team with a willingness to grow and learn from experience combines with an aspiration to deliver the heart’s desires of hotel guests, a genuinely fresh approach to hotel management is born. AHG’s dream journey started from scratch and in the short span of just 5 years the group now OWNS and MANAGES 5 mid-sized hotel properties in Melbourne’s CBD, the city’s suburbs, and regional Victoria, with plans in motion for another 3 hotels to be opened in 2019-20. The next decade will see further development of the AHG brand, establishing its own guidelines and style. AHG’s speciality is mid-sized hotels designed by renowned architects, and our goal is to create an interior design theme across our properties based on Australian wildlife. AHG’s planned flagship property – the K Hotel – will employ an innovative design focus of colourful Australian parrots and birds. This hotel will function as a creative model for future hotels in the group, as AHG aims for its vision of at least 20 new hotels over the coming decade.
