Alumni Planning Solutions, a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) is a trusted environmental consulting and urban planning firm working in New York City and beyond. Our deep and meaningful understanding of urban planning and public policy help us inform, engage, and inspire the communities we work for. Our team has extensive experience working in planning policy, zoning code, land use law and procedure, public outreach and community engagement. Our people centered approach, takes a holistic view of project stakeholders, and supports projects that uplift communities. Our planners have worked on major rezoning and large-scale redevelopment projects during their time at the NYC Dept. of City Planning, the NYC Dept. of Buildings, and the Los Angeles Dept. of Transportation. As Principal, Kevin Corté has worked in Urban Planning in New York State throughout his professional career. His passion for land use planning and municipal government has driven him during his time at the New York City Dept. of City Planning (Environmental Assessment and Review Division), his time at the New York City Council (Land Use Division) and his tenure as the Director of Housing Initiatives for Kingston, NY (Ulster County).
