Alves & Martinez Physical Therapy has two full-service facilities conveniently located in Elk Grove and East Sacramento. In Elk Grove, please visit us at 9381 East Stockton Boulevard, Suite 108, adjacent to Highway 99 at the Bond Road exit. Our East Sac office can be found at 708 57th Street (57th and H Street) adjacent to Sacramento State University where we are pleased to offer Pilates training and services with certified instructors.
