Key responsibilities: - Identify and validate opportunities, formulate/refine a product strategy, convert into a roadmap, define, communicate and align on OKR, success & trade-off metrics to track - Work with cross-functional teams of UX/UI designers, researchers, data scientists and software engineers to define and deliver digital experiences across web and apps and underpinning APIs using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) - Continuously apply product discovery techniques, in particular customer interviews, prototyping, experimentation, to make informed products decision and define requirements, and increase chances of high adoption, engagement and satisfaction with the product and/or individual features - Leverage available data sources to synthesize findings and customer insights - Set up / optimize product and operational processes, coach and mentor other team members - Managing diverse stakeholder groups across functions and seniority levels, incl. 3rd parties and partners - Most recently, focusing on identifying use-cases suitable for AI/ML to gain competitive advantage by aligning AI capabilities with the product’s primary value drivers; continuously learn about recent advancements and technical capabilities of AI/ML
