We are a team of fine dining chefs, artisan wine makers, envelope-pushing scientists and detail obsessed craftsmen who believe our premium kombucha can deliver on all these counts. After years of experimenting, testing and tasting in search of complexity and serious drinking satisfaction, our new kombucha is born.
