About Amandala
We help you to get out of your head and reconnect with your senses. Amandala’s group events are a collection of unique and bespoke experiences created by Amanda and our team. We bring you dynamic laughter, connection to woodlands and meadows, endorphin-rich chocolate, positive psychology and deep healing breath work. Our three individually titled approaches aim to enhance either calm, laughter or indulgence and yet there is always a natural crossover and relationship thread to our events and always a sense of freedom and release. We understand that underneath the noise and stress of our busy lives, there is a vibrant, curious and instinctive individual, each with their own unique talents, needs and desires. We support groups and businesses and focus on activities that enhance resilience, productivity, group cohesion, and work-life balance and leave participants feeling uplifted, focused and relaxed.
