About Ambassador Resources

Ambassador Resources is a talent recruiting and placement firm based in the northeastern United States, built on the core belief that when our job is done right, employers and job seekers both benefit over the long run. Ambassador Resources was founded in late 2020 by managing partners Joe Carrabs and Matthew Kurz, two veterans of the recruiting and placement world, who enjoyed great success as top producers and managers for nationally known firms. It was because of their experiences at those companies that they saw a better way to do talent search and staffing. Relationships matter in every placement Because relationships matter so deeply to our team, we operate with the philosophy that no one is “just a number” or only what’s on paper. Companies have unique corporate cultures and individuals often have distinct attributes or skills that make them ideal candidates for positions they never dreamed of. We take the time to get to know the companies that come to us to fill open roles and the job seekers whose careers we help build. And we give significant thought into making a great match that we feel will develop into a mutually beneficial professional relationship. We also feel strongly about developing and maintaining positive relationships with the employers and job candidates we work with, building trust that comes from the way we carefully approach every direct (permanent) hire, and interim, temporary, and temp-to-hire placement we handle.
