In 2012, hotelier CJ Grimes could not believe the amount of money being spent on paper rack cards. They provide no analytics, aren't green, and cost a fortune. He founded MySightSee, a digital concierge in hotel lobbies aimed at directing tourists a travelers. Through the company's relationships with clients we saw a need and an opportunity. Small business owners had many questions about their technological needs. Many of them didn't know their options or were being charge an exorbitant sum.
