Having worked in the busy travel industry for 13 years, I understand the importance of feeling valued within an organisation, and that is why I love delivering workshops within the workplace environment to help companies show their teams how valued they are, and that their health is just as important as their productivity! I have run various corporate workshops, both in-person and online, for many companies including Hotelplan UK, Frauscher UK LTD, Latin Routes, Rentokil and Virgin Media O2. Workshops, classes and wellness events can be tailored to every company depending on their numbers, availability, location and budget. If you’re looking for more advice on bringing wellness into your workplace, please do get in touch. ~ The Stress Toolkit Workshop - Understanding what stress is in the body, and methods to manage it in both the short and long term. ~ An Introduction to Mindfulness - This workshop explains the evidence-based benefits of practising mindfulness and runs through different methods of mindfulness to ensure there’s an option for everyone. ~ Nutrition Workshops - There’s many different types of nutrition workshops I can run in the workplace setting such as Eating for Wellbeing, Nutrition for Women’s Health and Quick & Easy Nutrition. ~ Menopause in the Workplace - Women over the age of 50 are the fastest growing group in the workforce in the UK and menopause is a workplace issue (not just a woman’s issue) that requires education and compassion, to keep teams productive, happy and thriving! (Online, face-to-face and pre-recorded) ~ Yoga sessions - From weekly classes for your workforce, in-person or virtually, to one off events to get your teams moving; the sessions can be focused accordingly to your goal such as mobility, chair-based or slow and mindful.
