Next we will lead the transformation in a powerful way, and anchor the change so it will last. - As programme manager we ensure strong and powerful leadership for a portfolio, program or project. We use leading agile and project management methods, like MSP, Lean, SaFe, Prince2, IPMA and Scrum, and have extensive experience with working by means of projects.
